NFL Flag’s no-contact rule and team-oriented environment makes it easy for kids to come together, learn football fundamentals, and most importantly—have fun! Plus, it’s convenient and family friendly with teams meeting once per week on Saturdays in Alameda or Sundays in Oakland for a total of 2 hours. Spring 2025 Registration Opens Dec 1!
